Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.A.Srijayanthi, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition and also considering the "No objection" expressed by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, the delay of 56 days in filing the appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same in the normal course.
