( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Friday, the First day of October Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.10074 of 2021 IN CRL OP.13360 of 2021 CHANDRASEKARAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, JEDARPALAYAM POLICE STATION, NAMAKKAL DISTRICT (CRIME NO.86 OF 2016) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed i.e., the petitioner shall report before the Learned Sessions Fast Track Mahila Judge, Namakkal daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.13360 of 2021 order dated 02.08.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 02.08.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 02.08.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of charge sheet, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered.
