The application in A.No.5341 of 2023 has been filed to direct Dr.Palanivel Thiagarajan, the 4th respondent, the present tenant at Door No.5, Bishop Garden, Greenways Road, Chennai 600 028, to deposit all future monthly rents to the credit of C.S.No.188 of 1972, pending disposal of the suit. 2.The application in A.No.5242 of 2023 has been filed to direct the plaintiffs/respondents 1 to 3 herein to disclose on affidavit the total rents collected/being received by them for the properties at Door No.5, Bishop Garden, Greenways Road, Chennai 600 028 and commercial office space admeasuring about 250 Sq.ft in First Floor, No.116, Arun Chambers, Tardeo Road, (adjacent to Air Conditioned Market) Tardeo, Mumbai 400 034 for the period from 01.01.1978 till date, pending disposal of the suit. 3.The application in A.No.

5343 of 2023 has been filed to direct the plaintiffs/respondents 1 to 3 herein to deposit all rents collected by them from the properties at Door No.5, Bishop Garden, Greenways Road, Chennai 600 028 and commercial office space admeasuring about 250 Sq.ft in First Floor, No.116, Arun Chambers, Tardeo Road, (adjacent to Air Conditioned Market) Tardeo, Mumbai 400 034, till date, to the credit of C.S.No.188 of 1972, pending disposal of the suit.

4.Mr.R.Parthasarathy, learned Senior Counsel for the applicants and Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.Ravikumar, learned counsel for the 4th respondent and Mr.AR.Karthik Lakshmanan, learned counsel for the

3rd respondent have appeared today and I have also heard the applicants in all the applications. The applicants 1 and 2 are physically present before this Court and the 3rd applicant is present virtually.

5.After deliberations, the tenant has agreed to purchase the property under his occupation for a total sale consideration of Rs.50,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Crores only) and he seeks two months time for mobilizing the funds for the same.

6.In view of the settlement reached, these applications are closed. The sale consideration shall be deposited to the credit of C.S.No.188 of 1972 and the disbursement of the sale proceeds shall depend on the declaration of shares which will be decided shortly by this Court and a copy of the registered Sale Deed shall be filed within a period of two weeks from the date of registration of the property in favour of the 4th respondent/the present tenant. 26.07.2024 ata
