A.No.3334 of 2022 has been filed to pass an order of stay of the proceedings in OS.No.1385 of 2019 on the file of the XIX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, pending disposal of the transfer application.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that these applications may be dismissed as infructous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
