This Review Application is filed to review the order dated 01.02.2010 passed by this Court in C.R.P.(PD).No.3464 of 2009 directing the II Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

2. This Review Petition is of the year 2010. No notice was ordered to the respondent till date. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Ms.E.Deepika, representing Mr.A.Sivaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not in a position to represent about the stage of OP No.873 of 2009 on the file of Principal Family Court, Chennai.

3. In the above circumstances, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
