This petition has been for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvalur, in Crl.MP.No.4153 of 2022 dated 10.12.2023.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that a report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur on 20.03.2023. A copy of the same was also furnished before this Court. 3.
