This petition is filed to punish the respondent for her willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.658 of 2023, dated 12.01.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner's husband, R.Balu, filed anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.13405 of 2023. Petitioner entered appearance for opposing grant of anticipatory bail. 3.It is seen that final report is filed in this case and the case is taken on file in C.C.No.33 of 2023 by the concerned Court. 4.In the said circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
