Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.2(D) No.579 Revenue (Services 6(1)) Department dated 05.10.2007 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to place all the petitioners above the 4th respondent in the seniority list and issue promotions accordingly.

ORDER
