This petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall report the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11163 of 2023 order dated 17.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition from 23.05.2023 till 29.06.2023. Thereafter, did not comply the condition.

3.In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
