This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditions imposed by the learned Special Judge or Trial of Cases under SC/ST ( POA) Act, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.110 of 2025 dated 06.06.2025 that the petitioner/A2 and A3 should execute a bond each for a sum of Rs.25,000 ( Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the Lower Court is insisting for property documents as surety, which the petitioner is unable to execute and despite the bail has been granted on 06.06.2025, the petitioner is still in prison.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the above conditions to effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties.

4. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 01.07.2025 sma 3/4
