COMMON ORDER These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to modify one of the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- mentioned in para No.6(b) and to extend the time to deposit the condition amount of Rs.5,00,000/- mentioned in para No.6(b) pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12751 of 2026 dated 27.05.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Upon perusal of the order passed in Crl.O.P. No. 12751 of 2026, dated 27.05.2026, it is evident that the condition was imposed only based on the voluntariness of the petitioner. Therefore, no ground has been made out for modifying the condition imposed in paragraph 6(b), requiring the deposit of a sum of ₹5,00,000/-. Accordingly, Crl.M.P. No. 9777 of 2026 is hereby dismissed.

4. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, Crl.M.P. No.9778 of 2026, is ordered and two weeks time is granted to deposit the condition amount of Rs.5,00,000/- mentioned in para No.6(b) pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12751 of 2026 dated 27.05.2026, from the date on which, this order copy made ready and no further extension of time will be granted.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.M.P. No.9778 of 2026, stands ordered.
