ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd Respondent to consider Petitioner's Application Patta Transfer Vide Can.No. 0333105328986 and Application No.2020/0103/31/151282 dated 13.10.2020 seeking transfer of Patta No. 700 to her name for the lands comprised in S.No.109/4B and S.No.115 in Marandapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri district.

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 13.10.2020 with a request for transfer of patta, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner 2/4

dated 13.10.2020 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
