ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15144 of 2020 dated 25.09.2020, that the petitioners shall report before the Toothukudi South Police Station on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15144 of 2020 on 25.09.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P No.15144 of 2020 dated 25.09.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Inspector of Police, K-2, Ayanavaram Police Station, Ayanavaram, Chennai, on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
