2.As prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 4th paragraph of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.19000 of 2022 dated 16.08.2022 is modified as follows:
"Considering the nature of the allegations and also the value of the property, the trial Court shall not insist for a production of document stands in the name of the petitioner instead any one of the sureties shall produce such document worth Rs.5 lakhs. On such production of document, the trial Court shall accept the same. The original document shall be verified and thereafter returned and a copy of the said document shall be compared with the original and retained in the file. The other conditions imposed by the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Chidambaram shall stand unaltered.
