ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7482 of 2026 dated 25.03.2026. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7482 of 2026 dated 25.03.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall stay at Dharapuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Dharapuram Police Station, Tiruppur, on alternate days i.e on every Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders". The other conditions remain unaltered.
