The learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.30534 of 2018 dated 16.02.2023 has been 1/3

complied with, since the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected by the Commissioner of Municipal Administration through his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6699/2019/K3 dated 19.09.2024. 2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law.
