Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to refund the amount which was deducted under the PRBF scheme from the petitioners monthly salary from October 1992 to December 2017 along with interest at the rate 18% per annum from the date of retirement of the petitioners.

ORDER

Though a wider relief has been sought for in this writ petition, it is noticed that the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2020 has not received attention.

2.Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the second and third respondents to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2020. While passing such order on the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, the respondent shall also consider various orders passed by this Court which has been referred in the aforesaid representation of the petitioner (*)and such exercise shall be carried out by the respondents within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (*)The respondent shall consider order dated 17.09.2021 as modified by an order dated 02.11.2021 in W.P.No.19802 of 2021 while passing such order. Liberty is also given to the petitioner to file an additional representation, if any, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
