ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2023 and 04.07.2024 for surveying the agriculture land of a total extent of hectares 0.98.5 (Acre 2.44 Cents) an extent of one part of hectares 0.49.5 (Acre 1.22 cents), comprised in R.S. No.101/2 vide Patta No.495, situated at Periyakallipatti Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District, within Registration District of Gobichettipalayam, and Sub Registration District of Punjaipuliampatti, lying within Bhavanisagar Panchayat Union limit.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Additional Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials 2/5

available on record.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner has paid the necessary fee for surveying his land.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, respondents 3 and 4 are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 05.12.2023 and 04.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for surveying agriculture land of a total extent of hectares 0.98.5 (Acre 2.44 Cents) an extent of one part of hectares 0.49.5 (Acre 1.22 cents), comprised in R.S. No.101/2 vide Patta No.495, situated at Periyakallipatti Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District, within Registration District of Gobichettipalayam, and Sub Registration District of Punjaipuliampatti, lying within Bhavanisagar Panchayat Union limit, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3/5

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
