O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the First Respondent to cancel the sale deed registered in Document No.21248 of 2021 registered on the file of the 2nd respondent based on the representation dated 21.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 has brought to the notice of this Court that the 1st respondent had already initiated action and posted the matter for conducting an enquiry and summons were also initiated to the parties concerned. That being the factum, no further consideration is required in this writ petition and the District Registrar shall proceed with the enquiry by affording opportunity to all the parties and decide the issues on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed. No costs.
