(i) Mr.Ammar Saifuddin Bharmal, aged 33 years, residing at No.12, 3rd Main Road, Seethammal Colony, Alwarpet, Chennai-600018 and (ii) Mr.Shabbir Bharmal, aged 29 years, residing at No.12, 3rd Main Road, Seethammal Colony, Alwarpet, Chennai-600018 as the 3rd and 4th respondent, respectively, in the present petition, O.P.No.950 of 2016.

2. Heard Mr.S.Ramasubramaniam and Associates, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.C.Gurulingam learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.
