ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Nagapattinam District and report before the Inspector of Police, Velankanni Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the

petitioner by this Court in Crl.OP.No.11260 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
