O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to enable the registration of the vehicle on the representation made by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner has sought for the removal of the entry of blacklisting the vehicle belonging to the petitioner which was hypothecated by the petitioner in favour of one Anitha.

2. Heard Mr.K.Sreedhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Parameshwaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case and considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the entire process and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
