This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16476 of 2022 on 15.07.2022 that 'the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court viz., Additional District Judge, Mayiladuthurai twice daily at 10.30 a.m.

and 5.30 p.m. until further orders'.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
