ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.02.2026 for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(A), Section 22(c),25, Section 29(1) of of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.33 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that all the accused persons conspired together and purchased 27 nos of MDMA tablets 10.74 grams and 22 grams of OG ganja, which is a commercial quantity. Hence, the case.

3. While considering the earlier bail petitions filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6816 of 2025 this Court after considering the various points, dismissed the petition on20.04.2026.

4. Subsequent to the dismissal of the above petition, the petitioner has filed the present petition on the very same grounds that were raised in the earlier bail petitions Further, there is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of earlier petitions. Hence, this Court is not inclined to reconsider once again the merits of the claim made in the earlier bail petition.
