This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as Special Metropolitan Magistrate Land Grabbing II, Allikulam, Chennai instead of the Judicial Magistrate, CCB and CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chenni in Crl.O.P.No.12584 of 2022, dated 21.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to extend the time for execution of sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 22.08.2022 to execute the sureties. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No. 14649 of 2022, dated 21.07.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
