ORDER
This Criminal Revision has been filed as against the order passed by the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrae, George Town, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.13928/2024 dated 09.04.2025, thereby directed the first respondent to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, to register FIR.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that pursuant to such direction, the first respondent conducted preliminary enquiry and found commission of offence under Section 296(b), 351(2) and 79 of BNS, 2023 and accordingly registered FIR in Cr.No.6/2025.
3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the prayer sought in this revision petition become infructuous and the same is dismissed.
