The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 01.09.2015 and to file a final report under Section 173(2) of the Act. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the complaint dated 01.09.2015 has been received by the 2nd respondent, he has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and to register the complaint. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after due enquiry, the matter has been settled amicably and the amount agreed was paid. On that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

basis, the petition enquiry has been closed. A copy of the closure report has been furnished today.

Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
