ORDER

The matter was initially listed on 22.08.2025. As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was directed to be posted on 12.09.2025. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.09.2025, once again there was no representation for the petitioner nor the translated copy of the material documents were filed into the registry. Thereafter the matter came up again on 10.10.2025, when again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was posted on 24.10.2025. On 24.10.2025, as there was again no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 13.11.2025. Even today (i.e.,) 13.11.2025 when the matter is taken up for hearing, once again there is no representation for the petitioner, which Page No. 2/4

clearly shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the Petition.

2. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
