ORDER

The husband seeks transfer of proceedings in I.D.O.P.No.79 of 2019 and I.D.O.P.No.94 of 2019 from the file of the Principal District Court at Chengalpattu to any other Courts at Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that his client has no objection if the case is transferred to the file of the Family Court at Chennai.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that no objection has been tendered by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

4. Accordingly, the proceedings in I.D.O.P.No.79 of 2019 and I.D.O.P.No.94 of 2019 are withdrawn from the file of the District Court at Chengalpattu and they shall stand transferred to the file of the Family Court at Chennai. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
