This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to Crime No.129 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

2. Today, Mr.N.Subramani, SSI, E-4, Kattur Police Station, Tiruvallur District, is present before this Court.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.129 of 2013 was completed and charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Ponneri, on 14.08.2015 and since there was no Presiding Officer in the said Court, the same was not taken on file.

Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
