CRIME NO.4 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time granted in Crl.M.P.No.8122/2021 dated 23/08/2021 in Crl.O.P. No.98 of 2021 , order dated 18/02/2021 in Crime No. 4 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ARUN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Counsel for Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 18.02.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions. All other conditions remain unaltered.
