ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to pass final Orders in respect of Disciplinary Proceedings initiated in T.D.P.No.1 of 2006 dated 26.07.2006 on its merits and in accordance with law within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that disciplinary proceedings has been initiated as against the petitioner in the year 2006 and no final Order has been so far due to which his terminal benefits has not been released to the petitioner. Hence, seeks a direction to the respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner within the time limit fixed by this Court.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that a show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner on 03.08.2016 and he has submitted his explanation on 14.12.2016. Despite the same, no final Order has not been passed till date.

4. In such view of the matter, the respondent is directed to conclude the Departmental Proceedings and pass final Order on its own merits within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
