This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner herein on bail in Cr.No.254 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police. 2.It is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is falsely implicated as accused in Cr.No.254 of 2023 registered for the offences under Section 4 (1) (aaa) 4 (1) (i) r/w 4 (1-A) of TNP Act. Petitioner is in judicial custody from 20.06.2023. He is innocent. Thus, he seeks bail.
3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner was found in illegal possession of 109 litres of Pondicherry liquor at about 12.00 hours on 20.06.2023 near Rajavidhayala School, Kuthalam. He has totally eight previous cases. Out of which, two cases are similar in nature.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner has multiple cases pending against him and two similar cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
