This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners herein to bring on record as the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent/ Rajappan @ Vediappan in S.A.No.1047 of 2012, by ranking them as the respondents 6 to 12 in the said second appeal.

The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that the second respondent in S.A.No.1047 of 2012 died on 30.01.2021, leaving the petitioners herein as his Legal representatives, hence he immediately filed this impleading petition. Therefore, he prayed to implead the petitioners herein as proposed respondents 6 to 12 in this appeal.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant raised no objections. 4.

Heard the learned counsels on both sides and considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this impleading petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title. 5.
