Mr.Ravi ..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents, to cancel the order of 3rd respondent herein, viz the Thasildhar, kodavasal dated 26.11.2021, adding the 4th respondent as Joint Holder in Patta No.627, without hearing the Petitioner and providing him any opportunity, on the basis of the representation dated 23.03.2023 sent by the petitioner and grant other just and necessary relief.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 23.03.2023 to cancel the order of the third respondent viz., the Tasildhar, Kodavasal, dated 26.11.2021 adding the fourth respondent as Joint Holder in patta No.627. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the official respondents, as on date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2023 will be disposed of by the concerned respondents within a period of 8 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2023, after issuing due notice and opportunity of

personal hearing to the petitioner as well as fourth respondent and aggrieved parties, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
