The petition has been filed by the petitioners 2 and 3 to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st petitioner/1st Appellant (V.Pattusamy, S/o.Velayutham), in the above Crl.A.No.692/2018 and to bring on record Mrs.P.Ambujam, W/o. V.Pattusamy and P.Niraimathi, D/o V.Pattusamy both residing at No.482/6A, Balaji Nagar, South Periyar Nagar, Vridhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District as the legal heirs of the deceased the 1st petitioner/1st Appellant and implead them as Petitioners 2 and 3/Appellants 2 and 3.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the appeal has been filed by the husband of the second petitioner/father of the third petitioner. During the pendency of the Criminal Appeal, the 2nd petitioner's husband died on 14.05.2019 due to massive heart attack and Death Certificate has been registered in D-2010 b: 33-15976-000118 and further due to the death of her husband and her ill health, she was not able to contact her counsel and hence, the petition has been filed to set aside the abatement.

4. Taking into consideration the facts of the case, this miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
