W.M.P. No.23880 of 2021 in W.P.No.6096 of 2014 J.NISHA BANU, J., This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 385 days in filing this petition to set aside the order dated 26.02.2019 passed in W.P.No.6096 of 2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well for the respondents. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this miscellaneous petition is allowed, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees Thousand Only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, High Court of Madras within a period of one(1) week from the date of this order.

4.Upon production of payment receipt, Registry is directed to list the matter before this Court.
