2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Prabakar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who undertakes on behalf of the respondent has no objection in condoning the delay.
3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 28 days in filing the abatement petition is hereby condoned.
4. The Registry is directed to number the petition filed in Crl.M.P.SR.No.3344/2019 and list the same for hearing.
