ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the learned District Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris to dispose of the appeal in Crl.A.No.94 of 2017 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On perusal of the docket orders, it is seen that records from the trial Court have been received by the Appellate Court. Hence, the District Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam is directed to dispose of Crl.A.No.94 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the accused does not co-operate, the bail can be cancelled and he can be remanded to custody. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
