Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed (ie) the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.No.8294 of 2020 dated 18/12/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14569 of 2020 vide dated 18/09/2020 and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SU.SRINIVASAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 18.12.2020, this Court had modified the conditions in Crl.MP.No.8294 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.14569 of 2021 on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking further relaxation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 18.12.2020 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
