This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14173 of 2022 on 21.06.2022 that "the petitioners shall report before the Court viz., Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Coimbatore daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. till the committal is over and thereafter report before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the Trial Court twice in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
