ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the learned District Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam. The Nilgiris to dispose of the appeal in Crl.A.No.95 of 2017 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner perused the materials placed on record.
3.On a perusal of the docket orders, it is seen that records from the trial Court have been received by the Appellate Court. Hence, the District Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam is directed to dispose of Crl.A.No.95 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the accused does not co-operate, the bail can be cancelled and he can be remanded to custody.
