ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 09.01.2018 passed by this Court in C.M.A.No.727 of 2016 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.The contemnor is present. Cont.P.No.1293 of 2019 passed, that too, for a limited extent. As per the affidavit filed, the remaining amount payable is Rs.75 lakhs.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the contemnor submitted that six months' time may be granted to comply with the order. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though three months time has been sought for earlier, the same is sought to be extended now. 4.Considering the facts of the case, particularly the dispute has been resolved between the parties, we are inclined to extend the time for a period of four months from today for payment of Rs.75 lakhs by the contemnor. We make it clear that if the said order has not been complied with, the petitioner can reopen this petition on mentioning.
