The petitioners in both the Crl.O.Ps, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b) and 302 of IPC in Crime No.162 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that totally there are 14 accused in this case. The petitionerss are arrayed as A3 and A4. It is alleged that A1's father was murdered by the defacto complainant. As a retaliation, the accused persons had attacked the deceased and thereby the deceased died.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and a false case has been lodged against the petitioners. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already this Court dismissed the petitioners' bail petition. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the fact that it is case of retaliation murder and that this is the second bail petition and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
