O R D E R

This Review Application has been filed to review the order passed by this Court on 31.07.2017, by which, this Court has directed the applicant to pay a total compensation of Rs.35,44,756/- as the property was taken possession on 02.12.1993, along with a costs of Rs.1,00,000/-.

2. Without prejudice to the rights of the review applicant to contest the matter, a sum of Rs.35,44,756/- has been paid, learned Special Government Pleader would submit. The learned counsel appearing for the Original Writ Petitioner would also agree and confirm that the amount has been paid.

3. Taking into consideration, the amount paid by the Applicant, this Court only modifies the earlier order by deleting Rs.1,00,000/- cost, awarded against the review petitioner/Government.

4. In the result, the review application is dismissed with the above said modification.
