(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the State Human Rights Commission made in S.H.R.C.No.1814/22/5/2022/OC, dated 27.12.2023, closing the complaint, dated 16.02.2022, lodged by the petitioner.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before this Court a complaint dated 12.03.2022 which is different from the complaint which was disposed of by the impugned order. The complaint dated 16.02.2022 is not produced. Therefore, this Court finds no merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to file fresh writ petition for similar relief if he satisfies that his
complaint dated 16.02.2022 is wrongly closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
