This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of mandamus directing respondents to consider the representation dated 04.04.2026 and thereby enforce the sanction order dated 24.06.2022 passed by the 1st respondent.

Order This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct respondents to consider the representation dated 04.04.2026 and thereby enforce the sanction order dated 24.06.2022 passed by the 1st respondent."

2. The petitioner would submit that her father was working with the respondent department and he was given compulsory retirement on 25.08.2006. The petitioner would submit that her father died on 17.10.2008 and her mother married to one S.Muthukumarasamy on 21.01.2009. The petitioner would submit that by order dated 24.06.2022, family pension was sanctioned to the petitioner with effect from 21.01.2009, till her marriage or started earning for her livelihood. However, the petitioner has not received pension till date. Therefore, the petitioner sent representations to the respondents in this regard. As there is no response, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2026 has not been considered to date, a direction is issued to respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
