Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2020 by directing the 3rd respondent to Release General Power of Attorney in pending Document No.P./Triplicane/42/2018 dated 28.09.2018 in respect of the property bearing New No.205, Old No.88, very Old No.193, Kamman Dharwaja Lane, Bharathi Salai (Pycrofts Road), Triplicane, Chennai 600 005 of an extent of 906 sq. ft. built up area in ground floor bearing Flat No.G1 and 198 sq. ft. built up area in ground floor bearing shop together with undivided share.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 07.11.2020 and to release the General Power of Attorney which is kept as pending document on the file of the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard Ms.T.Gnanabanu, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3.

3.This Court has already passed an order in the connected Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.22457 of 2019 and 35042 of 2019 dated 09.03.2020 and the same order can be passed in the present Writ Petition also.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 07.11.2020 and deal with the same in accordance with law and take a decision with regard to the registration of the Power of Attorney deed, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent alongwith all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order. 5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
