Prayer:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide the details of Income Tax Returns, Wealth Tax and all other Tax details relating to the PAN No.AAFPJ8986K of the petitioner's Aunt Selvi Dr.J.Jayalalithaa and thereby furnishing the Assessment details, Assessment orders, Tribunal orders, TCA orders, Appeal papers, Demand Notice, details of the amount received, realized from the Assessee and all other related papers concerning her entire Income Tax filed from the year 1990 onwards up to date and further not to recover any amount from the land acquisition proceedings passed in Award No.01/2020 dated 22.07.2020 in R.C.No.A1/3476/2018 by the Land Acquisition Officer/R.D.O, South Chennai and now pending adjudication in O.P.No.55/2020 on the file of VI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the authorities concerned to obtain necessary orders.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is upto to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities and in turn, the authorities shall decide the entitlement of the petitioner.
