This miscellaneous petition has been preferred to condone the delay of 370 days in filing the above revision. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.08.2022, this Court passed the following conditional order : '' The service is complete.

2.Mr.Meiyappan Mohan, learned counsel is appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.Considering a period of delay which is 370 days, considering the fact that according to the learned counsel for the respondent, the total arrears as on date is more than Rs.2,50,000/- the delay is condoned on a condition that the petitioner shall pay the respondent a sum of Rs.50,000/- on or before 23.09.2022.

4. Post the matter on 23.09.2022.''

ms 5.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the conditional order passed by this Court dated 26.08.2022 has not been complied with.

6. Since the order of this Court dated 26.08.2022 has not been complied with and there is no representation for the petitioner, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
